There is no sound from Creative SB Audigy 2 ZS card but openSuse11 detect it.
 

First time with linux.

The openSUSE11 detect card but no sound when i try to play a MP3 file. No sound when i log on or log off.

I have also install windowsXP and there is no problem.

Run alsamixer from the terminal. You'll get an interface so you can adjust the volumes of the different parts of the soundcard.

Alsamixer shows me that everything is OK. Volumes are OK e.t.c
Also Alsamixer detects my card.

The Analog / digital switch are uncheck.
Now everything is OK.
