Theoretical scenario

Hi evryone can you give me any recommendation of the request below

Imagine that we want to deploy a new server in the US using co-location. We will be buying a new server from a renowned hardware vendor and have it shipped directly to the US data center.

The server will run a LAMP stack and is hosting a social networking website serving around 1000 concurrent visitors at any time of the day.

1) We need a server that is suitable for the load, but we don’t want something crazily expensive. What kind of server specification do you recommend and why?

2) Explain the steps you take to install RHEL or CentOS from scratch after the server has been racked in the data center.

3) It is known that some countries have difficulties accessing our social networking site due to network routing and stability issues. How do you think we could improve the user experience?

4) After 6 months, the social networking website has become a huge success and is generating lots of profits but server downtime has become an issue. What measures can you take to reduce or even annihilate downtime ?
