the Debian system always hang up

When I started up the debian system, the system always hanged up for a long time at the below lines
Code:
...........
drivers/usb/input/hid-core.c:v2.6:USB HID core driver
...........
waiting for /dev to be fully poulated...
...........
starting hardware abstraction layer:hald
...........
The system spends much times to load something in the listing sentences above. After that, When I opened a window at KDE, it also hanged up for much time. But it work fine after few seconds. What's the matter with it?

HID Core Driver is for your (USB) keyboard and mouse
/dev is the device nodes for your devices
hald manages your hardware

sounds like hardware issues: old motherboard? Maybe low RAM or bad BIOS?

The problem has been solved. The season why the problem appears is that the transformer isn't enough power to supply energy to other devices. So I changed a Delta 400W transformer and it works fine now.
