tftp is not moving files, works when getting from localhost

I have several machines that are all trying to tftp from a given Fedora 20 server that is running a tftpd server through xinetd.

I am able to get files through tftp on the server, that is, 'tftp localhost' followed by 'get myfile.txt' works.

When I do the same things through other machines, tftp times out. I have disabled the firewall (I think) on the Fedora box, but to no avail.

What could this be? I am using the default tftpd directory for the files.

What is the contents of the /etc/xinetd.d/tftp configuration file?

It sounds like it may only be listening in on localhost... Especially since the firewall is disabled.

If it is NOT disabled, then the port is likely being blocked, though I would have expected an error to be reported on the client.
