termios.h and unistd.h no such file error

I guess I'll post this here since I can't find a development forum.

I've written programs in the past with these header files included, and have successfully compiled a program using them earlier today, but all of a sudden I tried to compile and got no such file errors.
I'm using a makefile which compiles and uploads to an Arduino UNO.
I've already searched Google for an hour and tried adding several dev packages and the build-essentials package, but nothing fixes the problem.
Thanks for your help!

Thanks.

Turns out it was AVR code and as such shouldn't have had those include files. I think my lab partner put them in or something.

Anyway thanks for your reply!
