How do I change the name of my machnine in Mandriva?

currently it is

[user@cadserver /]~

and I want to change it to

[user@testbox /]~

the reason being, I am using mandriva on a dual boot on the network where I work and our server is called cadserver and I dont know how I managed to call the mandriva partion cadserver.

if anyone could help that would be great.

Go with the following steps

Just change the line in /etc/hostname that ends in the present machine name to end with the name you want for your machine.

Then change /etc/hosts, which should be just one word to be that name that you've chosen.
