/temp directory gone in fedora 10?

Is the temp directory under the home directory of users gone in fedora10?

For example, bob's home directory with temp (/home/bob/temp) is no longer shown in later versions of fedora?

I couldn't find symbolic links to /tmp. If so, where would the symbolic links be located?

I needed to make an alias to delete to contents of user's temp files in their home directory.

Are they not in /tmp/ instead then?

Just create one yourself if you want it.

I use Fedora 8 and 9 and they also don't put those links there - what version have you been using?
