Telnet not working locally & from other server with one port however for other IP it is working
I have one server which got rebooted due to some unknown reason but after restart one of my port with that server is not running (telnet 10.6.x.x 8080) however telnet with other port are working (telnet 10.1.x.x 8080). only telnet 10.6.x.x 8080 is not working locally & from other server also. Could you please suggest what may be the reason?

No ideas, since you're providing no details at all. We can't guess as to the "some unknown reason", nor why you're trying to telnet to port 8080 (typically a web-service port), nor what these servers do, or what version/distro of Linux you're using.
Best guess: a service didn't come back up. Check whatever service(s) you expect to run, and look at the logs.

Actually it is my first post ,dont know much about how to ask questions. I am using 8080 port for monitoring services with URL so due to unable to telnet this URL is not working.
version;: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.7 (Maipo)

When asking questions anywhere, on any forum (or in person), you provide all details that you can. Would you just walk up to a co-worker and say, "A server crashed and I don't know why and now I can't telnet. Why?" What do you think they'd tell/ask you??? Until you figure out why the server crashed, you could have larger problems...and if you're the administrator, that's your job.
Again: you need to figure out what service is running on that port, and start it if it's not running. Check the log files for whatever service that is...and since you're using RHEL, you can contact Red Hat support, since you're PAYING FOR IT, RIGHT???
Actually i have one URL which we monitor & it runs with that host & port & its not working.
Great; you are *STILL* not answering any questions or providing any details, are you??? Again, saying you have a URL is meaningless...you have provide no log messages/errors, and have not appeared to check the service on that server, did you??? You were told to check and see if the relevant service is running...have you actually DONE anything at this point??
And again..you're using RHEL 7...have you used the Red Hat support you're paying for???
Ok, so without you providing much in the way of useful information I'm guessing you use telnet 10.x.y.z 8080 to check to see if there's anything listening on that port, and that you have a url something like http:/my.server.whatever:8080/amiborked.blah that you're supposed to query.
This indicates that (as the esteemed TB0ne says) that you've an http like service (apache/nginx/tomcat/whatever) that hasn't started.
Go look to see what's running and listening on port 8080 on the server that's working and see if the same process is running on the server that isn't.
