tektonic shell / change of ISP

I have an account with tektonic, with the purpose of changing from speakeasy to Verizon, and still having a static IP address. I want to maintain my website.
I shelled into my computer and did a scp of /etc/apache files to Tektonic; along with the contents of my /var/www. What else must I do?
I want to have my website intact, before I do the ISP switch.

Check permissions, run a few 'dry' runs, that is where you fire up your browser to your new static IP (not the domain, you haven't made the transfer yet hopefully) and check the site, have a few people do this to give you multiple instances and feedback if something isn't working like it's supposed to. You go to something like:
Where is your new static IP from Verizon.
