Talking Teamspeak problem.

ok, when i open up team speak and if the teamspeak is highlighted and i hit any key i get the error playback sound and as i hold a button down the repeat stroke activates and i get an error for each time the repeat activates, but if i click on the desktop and hit any key i get the error key sound once and i can talk normally. And I have tried other keyboards as well, it's not the keyboard, it has something to do with the settings or something like that. please help.

Thanks-
Amber

Welcome to LQ!

teamspeak is not free software... so it will be better to post your problem in their forums.

But do include the cli output of running it from konsole/terminal. Post it here too

Please add some information. What distro of linux are you running, what method of installation did you use, what error messages are you getting? This info will help us to help you.

FYI I run teamspeak on my Ubuntu laptop. I installed it using their setup program and followed the directions on the TS site. I do remember that I needed root permission to set it up.
