Teamspeak 3.deb not downloading

I have a teamspeak.deb file i have downloaded The name is
To download it i put in
sudo dpkg -i TeamSpeak3-Client-linux_amd64.deb
then it says
dpkg: error processing archive TeamSpeak3-Client-linux_amd64.deb (--install):
cannot access archive: No such file or directory
Errors were encountered while processing:
I dont know what to do with this but i am going to try to reinstall another thing

You confuse me with this one.

You say you have the file downloaded, but then you say you use the package install command to download it?
Also, why on Earth are you using the .deb file for TeamSpeak3? You should be using the .run file which is what you download from their website.

cd ~; wget; chmod +x; ./
