Hi, I’ve just installed Damn Small Linux in my Virtual Box, unfortunately, one of the powerful network troubleshooting tool which is tcpdump is not there.
I’m new to this distro and would appreciate if you could show me how to install the tcpdump in it.
Looks like you can get tcpdump from the following link according to Google: http://www.tcpdump.org/
Keep in mind DSL was based on Debian "Sarge" which reached its end of life years ago. If you use a currently-supported distribution (such as Debian Wheezy) then you can easily install tcpdump (and many other applications).
