I have installed Ubuntu 10.04 .. normally and I installed also some programs; I had problems with the monitor and many times I shutted down the CPU when I changed the monitor and turned on angain and appears a black screen:

Based on what you posted, it seems like your hard drive has gone bad. You don't say how you "shutted down" your system, but did you just unplug it/power it off?? Shouldn't have had to turn your CPU off to change the monitor, too, unless you changed the video card as well.

I have shutted down just pushing the CPU button without to make a normal shutting down many times. And i did not change the videocard.

Well then, since you didn't bother to shut things down correctly, it's likely you've corrupted your hard drive. Restore your system from backups.
