Hi, ljpete. Can you tell us what you are trying to do?

A .tar file usually contains many files put together into one single file, an archive file.
A .bz2 file is a compressed file that usually has to be extracted to be able to use it. (To extract a .tar.bz2 file you use tar -xfvj) |

it is not a thing you play or run it is a compressed folder normally you just need to do , after you download it is " double click it " and your archive manager will ask you what to do -- THE SAME as on windows xp,vista,7,8,10,... " r-click it" and select what to do with it -- THE SAME as on windows xp,vista,7,8,10,... |
