Tally 9 Not getting installed on Ubuntu

Dear All,

I am trying to install client version of Tally 9 on my new Ubuntu 11.10 machine. I have Tally 9 Server edition running on Win XP. & other Tally client user are accessing it (Win XP machines).
To install Tally.exe on Ubuntu I used Wine Software. during installation it asked for some Tally Server directory. Now I am struck as I don't know how to assign that directory here (Server Directory is on remote machine). screenshot is attached with this mail...
Do I need Samba Service (as its cross platform - Win XP Server & Ubuntu Client) otherwise how will I give the path for a remote machine...

Please help!!!
