Tabulate files that have been written to

I would like to make a list of ALL files that have been (1) accessed and (2) opened for write during a session from power up to power down. I see that Find will give me #1 over some previous time slot, but what about #2? How do I see what files have been written to?

You can use -mmin and -mtime for files whose data has been modified.
