Similar to this thread i've got the same problem.

Do i have add a rule with the solution mentioned in this link somewhere in rsyslog.conf?

The message is there for a reason... it's not an error message leave it be.

If you weren't logged in at that time... check your cron tab (in which case you were effectively logged int).

If you can't cope with the flood of messages, learn to use journalctl to filter it.

journalctl -p err

display just the error messages.

well, Actually, it is not caused by root, but another user. that user also is not cause, but i know why this messages appear and it still exist. That's why this messages has to bo removed. the messages are useless. So, please can you help me with this issue.

If I get a problem like that from time to time I simply edit syslog.conf to log only warnings and below, i.e. not info or notice.
