System -> Quit . . . causes lockup! (Ubuntu)


Hi, whenever I use the menu System and scroll to Quit I think my xwindow locks up. I gotta C-M-F3 to and restart X in order to get my system back again.

If you don't know what might be causing this can you tell me where I might find a log for some error info?

EDIT: Resolved. This seems to have been caused because I used CTRL-ALT-BACKSPACE to restart X. After doing a restart the problem disappeared.
