System Pre-failure notification

Hello All,
Folks, I have searched and again feels that my issue's will only resolve at LQ.
My question is Can we set any pre-failure alerts for I/O error, Memory dump error or Kernel Panic error that simply notify and stay for high availability situation. Can any one please check out earlier with this why these comes and how we will get any alerts before system failure with these error.

If I understand you, you want to be able to give error messages that a fatal error is about to occur?

Hi James,
The errors are defaults, i.e. "I/O Error" "Kernel Panic" but mainly I need how to configure pre-failure alerts of bad disk or kernel panic error's before server outage or server crash, can we define, how we set or find before server crash
