hello friends...
i am using slackware10.0.
i was compling kernel 2.4.32
i did all steps upto make modules_install
but now the problem i m facing is i dont find any file in /boot dir.

any ideaz..

You can manually copy the file from /usr/src/linux to /boot after you've compiled the kernel.
