System Hangs while booting.!!...

i got both windowsxp and fedora 7 installed ..
while booting in fedora , mouse and keyboard hangs when it comes to the page of username (logging).
so i have to always enter the interactive startup mode..and give "NO" to some...
how to solve this problem
