System hangs up while using BlueProximity

I'm using Linux Mint 13. I recently installed BlueProximity(BP) from Synaptic Package Manager.

Whenever I use BP, the system hangs up. I have never locked my system successfully even once.

Sometimes it hangs up and sometimes a screen (text console) shows up showing some technical stuff (trace maybe)...

This problem prevailed in Ubuntu 12.04 too...

Please help me.. Thanks in advance

System Info :
Pentium 4 running at 1.5GHz
1 GB RAM
