System hangs during FC5 install

When I try to install FC5 I get past the probing and once the graphic installer starts up, the system eather freezes or hangs but the mouse works (moves around).

I am pretty sure this is an issue with my SLI setup. It has happend to every distro except Suse 9.3. I was wondering if there is a way to fix this at the initial start up. I would also appreciate it if you could tell me if Fedora 5 lets you resize partitions on your HDD so I can duel boot windows.

try the text installer?

you can manipulate partitions during the install.

I tried but i don't know how to resize the win partition.

EDIT: I just tried again and I didn't find anything that lets me resize my current partition.

Is there anyone that knows about this kind of problem? Once the graphical installer starts up, the mouse works but the rest of the GUI freezes up and there is kinda some static artifacts. You can't Ctrl-alt-del, or do anything else other than move the mouse and do a hard restart.
