system-config utilities not available

I am unable to view the sytem configuation utilities on my RHEL 6.
When I try to enter system-config- and hit enter, it gives a BASH error as" command not found" when I go through the CBT video it gives the result for the trainer. When i try to find the issue, I get to know the utilies need to be instaled. please let me know how to fix the issues. when i directly install using yum. it tells me the system is not registerd with RHN.

When I try like system-config-users it did wwork. But still I need to know why it did not populate the list of entries that starts with "sytem-config-", if it orks in the CBT.

This could be the key
it tells me the system is not registerd with RHN.
If the system is not registered, then you can't install stuff like this.
Note that RHEL is a paid for distro; includes updates & phone/email support.

An alternative is Centos, a free rebuild of RHEL; includes updates, but not the phone/email support.

service NetworkManager stop
chkconfig NetworkManager off

vi /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0
change ONBOOT=NO to ONBOOT=yes

then try system-config-network

What the OP talks about is autocompletion, which normally works with the TAB key, not with the Enter key.
