I use deepin 15.4.1
There is no syslog in log directory, but is bootlog or same other logfile equivalent for it?

System logs can be in different places, and may not exist at all in a human-readable way. openSUSE Tumbleweed uses journalctl to 'read' a log file. Did you check the Deepin documentation????
