Question Syslog missing in Suse 11.2?

Hello. I just tried running the command "ksystemlog" in the KDE terminal and got the following error:

The file '/var/log/syslog' does not exist.

How do I access syslog to debug my system?

take care.

create it. Or, point ksystemlog at /var/log/messages instead, because I believe SuSE logs to messages, not syslog.
