Synchronization local repository

Hello everyone, I need your help. I made local repository by apt-mirror in one place and I'll bring it to another place and connect with pc, that has old version of this local repository. It's the Debian's Wheezy release. My task is update the repository.
Which command I should use for it. Is it rsync or another one?

This page should help you to better understand the use of the'rsync'command.

To add a repository you can either edit your etc/apt/sources.list or use your Synaptic Package Manager to do so.

AFAIK the Debian 'Unstable' Repo's are updated every 6 hours-

The Debian Team keeps the Stable Repo's updated regularly as well.

Hope this helps
