Switching OS on the fly?

I dual boot my computer with Mandrake 9.1 and Windows XP. When I boot up my computer, I can choose which OS to choose.

My Question: Is there a way I can quickly switch operating systems without having to reboot my computer?

I have Mandrake 9.1 installed on one hard drive and WIndows XP on a different hard drive.

Theres a few other applications like VMware... VMware is really expensive, and probably the best solution for this available, but here is a free program that might do the job too.

Bochs: The Open Source IA-32 Emulator
