Switching desktop environments
Hello,
I am new to linux, and this is my first post. I just installed Fedora core 6 on an old computer. I have it setup so that it defaults to the text based login at startup. From what I understand typing "switchdesk gnome" or "switchdesk kde" should let me choose which GUI I would like to load when I use the "startx" command. When I use the switchdesk command I get a response of "bash: switchdesk: command not found". startx will bring me to GNOME, but I want to use kde. Just wondering if I'm doing something wrong? How do I use kde?
Thanks
