switching between kde and console
 

hi, i have kde running, but i want to switch back to the console to which i first logged in with my user and pw upon bootup.

how can i do that? do i have to log out of kde?

ctrl+alt+f1 should give your a terminal...

To switch back to kde...
ctrl+alt+f7

What distro are you using??? People using your brand of distro can help you in a better way if you include that info.
