swaret - difference between ROOT and REPOS_ROOT

Hello, sorry for Engilsh ! ;/
What is difference between variable ROOT and REPOS_ROOT in /etc/swaret.conf ?
I can't see difference ;/

I was on www . swaret . org but I don't understand .......

Hi well im not english too
i think that root is for "official" package of the Slack
and repos_root if for "unofficial" like xmule, vnc, etc
but maybe im wrong
