SVN Performing Amazingly ???

HI,

I know there are lots of guys who have experienced working on Subversion.
Me too had since past 4 months but until when I set it up on fedora 9 last week.Earlier I had setup SVN on Ubuntu 8.04 and developers accessing it through TortoiseSVN.That went fine till I migrated the complete Repo to a new Fedora 9. I loved Apache Configuration on Fedora Desktop. This time I had both svn:// and http:// protocol running.
WebDAV is configured in which I supply authentication through two files(as it usually setup) : svnauth and svnadd.
Now One of the developer face issue during svn commit every morning when she tries to commit.Since Two days I have been typing:
Code:
chown -R apache:apache repo
And Now She can commit without any issue for complete day.
Whats Happening here? When She comes to her desk next day morning again she comes across Permission Denied Issue. And again I had to type the following command.
Any Idea whats going on with svn here?
