Suse hangs during boot

there is a wrong script in de boot.local file
Suse hang during boot.

I have an bootable cd with suse linux.
But when i try to edit/ delete the file on the hda2, it says read-only system.
How can i edit/remove this file??

as root it says read only?

i cannot login as root.

I boot from cd

ok, then as su
go to a prompt, type su
enter your root password
then nano /<file location>/<file name>
after you edit the file.
ctrl + x to exit.
Y to save
Y to overwrite
