SUSE and window file timestamp issue

Dear All:

Following are the issue:

I have Suse10 (64),
1) I create a file at SUSE system
2) when I go on my window PC (xp 32) and see that file through differnent softwares such as WinSCP etc to copy it on window system then I find the date stamp advanced by 14 hours. However, same file timestamp on SUSE and through ssh is correct.

kindly help

AJ

Is the SUSE system in a different timezone than your PC?
