SUSE & Red Hat

What is the similarities and advancements in SUSE than Red hat

Red Hat has more users, because it's American and SuSE's European. SuSE's cheaper and works closely with Microsoft (handy if you need both systems). The support period is much the same. As for the quality of the products and their support, I suspect there's not much in it. Companies tend to have a tradition of using one or the other, so not many people seem to be able to compare them on the basis of personal experience. Red Hat does have the advantage of CentOS being available as a free version: some companies put Red Hat on the most critical platforms and economise by using CentOS on the rest.
