How do I install packages in Suse 9.3 What are the command lines...Thanks in advance

hi,

YaST2 is a similar package tools (in GUI)

To install package on a shell pure..i don't know suse..sorry

hello,
you can use rpm's or source.....
but obviously the better way would be to use "YaST"
and regarding the command lines......u will get thousands of results if u search this forum or google.

i would go for yast2...beside u cant easily search for a package...and it would tell you the dependencies needed to install a pacakage..of course if using command line also have the dependencies but with yast2..everything is easy..
