Suse 9.1 problem

I have installed suse 9.1 , MySql , Apache and FTP aswell as PHP and PhpMyadmin . Now i am trying to install a helpdesk progam called glpi and i have copied it to the /var directory aswell as the /root /www directories but no luck . Now after you have copied the data to the root directory you must go to you PC and type in the intranet's address /glpi/install. but no luck . Any ideas on how to install application or programs on the suse intranet server so that internal users can access it

First things first

Well first of all are you certain that your installations of APACHE ,PHP and MySQL are all working and playing nice together? It seems that this application is very similar to PHPNuke or other content managment and it should be rather simple to install once you have the web server its self configured and running correctly.
