Question SuSE 9.1 KDE 3.2.1 locked windows problem

SuSE 9.1
KDE 3.2.1

All windows are locked where they open. It is not possible to resize or move the windows from their opening position.

I looked about in the KDE windows behavior and did not resolve the issue.

Note: The problem is *not* their sticking to corners; it is that they can open anywhere and cannot be resized or moved, even if 'resize' or 'move' are chosen from the window menu.

Thanks for any help.

Try creating a new user and see if the problem exists in that user account...
