Supertux in full screen mode

Hello all,

Another dilemma.

When running Supertux in full screen mode, this causes the LCD monitor to pop up a OSD box that says "Mode not supported" although you can still see the SuperTux game on the screen.

This can be fixed by ensuring that the correct vertical and horizontal frequency settings are configured in the /etc/X11/xorg.conf file.

For a Mitsubishi DV197SB 19" LCD these settings are:

Horizontal : 30 - 80 Khz
Vertical : 30 - 75 Khz

This is because SuperTux, when in fullscreen mode, changes the resolution of the display, thus it needs to be configured correctly so that the correct refresh frequencies for the resolution that SuperTux runs at is used.
