The latest Borealis depends on a cvs build. He has a link on that page to download a package with the things you need in order to run it.
To make things run at every login..
First make sure that you have session support enabled in kde(normally it already is).
Second, start superkaramba from either the Utilities menu or from a run command dialog by pressing Alt+F2 on your keyboard. If you run it in a terminal, I don't think it will remember it was running.
If you are using <=0.34, there is problems with the session support. This is currently fixed in CVS and should be released shortly as kde 3.3 is coming out hopefully this weekend.
cheers,
-Ryan
