How can I make the insults parameter works?

I tryed

defaults rootpw, !root_sudo, insults

But when I try to run the wrong password it still gives me the msg Sorry, try again.

Chances are that it hasn't been compiled in by the
maintainer of your distro ... my Slack-sudo binary
doesn't have the insults. Try a
strings `which sudo`
and see whether the insults show.

Since FC is an off-spring of the "clean" RH chances
are they don't.
