The book is general audience but there will be something for everyone, including sysamdmins. I had been using sudo for a long time but still found it useful and fixed a few of my mistakes in my configurations. He also had a few presentations entitled "Sudo: You're Doing it Wrong" associated somewhat with the book, but I'd recommend the book in paper form.
