Subversion Repository Folder downloadable by anonymous developer?

I have setup a Subversion Repo with WEBDAV and its working fine.
I have dozen of projects in SVN. Now I have a project named:

/Dozo/Central contains lots of application packages which should be allowable to be downloaded by anonymous users.Whenever user tries to download packages it ask for username/passwd.
Reason: WebDAV Configured for SVN.

How can I let anonymous user download any package inside /Dozo/Central?

I am assuming you are using htaccess for access control. If that is the case, the htaccess settings are inherited all child directories. This is the reason the /Dozo/Central directory is prompting for a username/password. The only suggestion I have is to assign htaccess to /Dozo/Repos and not to the root /Dozo folder.
