Subdomain in apache localhost bind9 not working.

Many resources says edit the .httacess file. I do not have one in apache2.
I have tried many different things.
In /etc/apache2/sites-available/lifelist.thelearningnerd.db

Please help me. I have tried everything. I have expiremented, screamed at the computer.

You have defined one vhost (lifelist.localhost) in your configuration,. If you want to use and you need to add 2 more vhosts as follows. Also use once NameVirtualHost and change it to to match the vhosts definition:
NameVirtualHost *:80
<VirtualHost *:80>
ServerAdmin webmaster@localhost
ServerName lifelist.localhost
<VirtualHost *:80>
<VirtualHost *:80>
