stupid q: how to move windows

I have been using some programs in fluxbox like xpaint and firefox, and for osme reason sometimes they randomly appear centered at the top of my screen. Why is this a problem you might ask? Becuase I only know how to move windows by the titlebar. So I was just wondering, is there a key you hit while clicking on the page to move it, or what? Thanks!
