Question Streaming FLV to V4L2 device

I am using RTMPDUM to receive a video from an RTMP link. Want to send this FLV stream, which I am receiving from RTMPDUMP, to a V4L2 device (/dev/video1) which is my virtual webcam.
Is there any way to do that?

This is my RTMPDUMP command:
rtmpdump -r "rtmpe://" -a "ondemand?ovpfv=2.1.4" -f "LNX 10,1,102,64" -W " &group=intl&&" -p "" -C Z: -y "mp4:mtvnorigin/gsp.originmusicstor/sites/"
