Stalled


Dear Sir,

Hi,

I m new to linux , when i download a software from internet using linux , some times , its shows me the status as Stalled ,

What is this Stalled ?

I have configured squid , i want to confirm a little thing regarding acl


I want my different clients should have access on specific sites.

for example 192.168.7.1 must have access on hotmail.com

while 192.168.7.2 must have access on yahoo.com

but 192.168.7.2 should not have on hotmail.com
