I have followed the article on how to create ssh keys, the authorized_keys also has been copied to target server but it still requires password..

[root@proxy move]# rsync -avz -e ssh /root/move root@
Enter passphrase for key '/root/.ssh/id_rsa':

could you please help?

thank you

It is not asking password of the server, it is asking passphrase which has been provided when key was generated.
You can use ssh-agent to remember the passphrase for you.

ssh-agent bash
ssh-add /root/.ssh/id_rsa
Now enter passpharse and once identity will be added, it won't ask again.
