ssh login


I am running sshd in my embedded system and ssh client from remote-host. After succesfully logging in from client, it takes me to /home directory instead of /home/user directory.

can you please let me know which file has to be modified?

got it.

/etc/profile "cd" to /home instead of /home/$USER.

after making the changes its working as expected.
