Squrrelmail + dovecot + postfix + bind(?) error

So, I installed ubuntu 10.04 and trying to place mailserver on server.
After some difficulties with postfix and dovecot - I got last error - squirrelmail configtest gives me this error:
Code:
SquirrelMail configtest

This script will try to check some aspects of your SquirrelMail configuration and point you to errors whereever it can find them. You need to go run conf.pl in the config/ directory first before you run this script.

SquirrelMail version:	1.4.20
Config file version:	1.4.0
Config file last modified:	21 August 2012 01:35:24
Checking PHP configuration...
    PHP version 5.3.2-1ubuntu4.17 OK.
    display_errors:
    error_reporting: 22527
    variables_order OK: GPCS.
PHP extensions OK. Dynamic loading is disabled.
Checking paths...
    Data dir OK.
    Attachment dir OK.
    Plugins OK.
    Themes OK.
    Default language OK.
Base URL detected as: http://mrosis.id.lv/squirrelmail/src (location base autodetected)
Checking outgoing mail service....
SMTP server OK (220 mail.195.122.23.250.lv ESMTP Postfix)
Checking IMAP service....

ERROR: Error connecting to IMAP server "localhost:143".Server error: (111) Connection refused
postfix and dovecot runs smoothly - no errors or warnings.. tried google for answers - nothing usable found...
If you need more details (configurations, logs) feel free to ask (and better already say how to get it - im total newbie in linux system).

And Im using webmin 1.470 to connect to server...

And this server will be mutidomain host...

Waiting for your questions, comments, suggestions, because I dont know what to do...

This says it.

Check your dovecot logs to see why it is refusing the connection.
Or check that is actually listening on the localhost interface.
